Oatmeal Pancakes YUM!


Two days ago I got back from my morning jog with a hankering for some flapjacks. (Pancakes)
One problem though, traditional pancakes are not the most healthy food.
So I came up with this recipe, it contains no flour or sugar, it's super simple and absolutely delish!

This recipe makes 7 mid sized pancakes. But you can increase or reduce proportions to make as may or as little as you desire.

What you need:

Oatmeal - 2.5cups
water- 3/4 cup
2 large eggs
2 medium sized bananas
Honey- 1 Tb

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix into a batter.


Slightly grease a non stick pan. and place large full spoons of the mix in the pan to fry
A trick you can use to grease the pan so it does not have excess oil: Use a paper napkin, dip in oil and spread on the pan.






Repeat process till the batter finishes. Plate and enjoy.
