Soup R Salad


Hi guys, I thought it would be lovely to start us off with a very simple recipe that works for a decent dinner or light lunch.

Soup
Ingredients:
1 whole Tilapia
4 Cups of water
1 Table spoon of pepper soup mix
3 Table spoons of fresh ground chilli peppers and red onions.
A hand full of chopped scent leaves
4 cubes of bouillon seasoning
A teaspoon of salt.

Salad
4 bunches of Lettuce
2 Large Green Apples
6 Carrots
1 Cucumber
2 Fresh Tomatoes
Vinegar
2 table spoon of olive oil.
2 pinches of salt


Directions:

Soup
Boil 4 cups of water.
Add 3 Table spoon of fresh ground of chilli pepper and onions, Leave to boil for 10 minutes.
Add 1 table spoon of pepper soup mix, cut whole Tilapia fish, Salt and Bouillon cubes, leave to boil 10-15 minutes.
Add Scent leaves, reduce heat. Let simmer for 5 minutes.

Salad
Wash all fruit and vegetable
Chop Lettuce and soak in Vinegar (use salt solution in the absence of vinegar) Rinse with water after 1 minutes
Grate carrots
Chop Cucumber and Apples into cubes
Cut Tomatoes
In large bowl, mix in all the chopped and grated ingredients
Pour olive oil to mixture and sprinkle salt.
Plate and serve with Pepper Soup.
